Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a vehicle from G.M. MOTOR CO., LTD. By placing an order or paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Vehicles Sold As-Is

All vehicles are sold in their current condition as described in the Japanese auction inspection report and photographs provided at the time of sale. G.M. Motor makes no additional warranties, express or implied, beyond the information contained in those documents. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the inspection report and photos before confirming a purchase.

Prices and Availability

Vehicle prices and availability are confirmed only by our official proforma invoice. Prices quoted verbally, by WhatsApp, or by email prior to the issue of a proforma invoice are indicative only and are subject to change. The proforma invoice constitutes the binding offer.

Payment

Payment must be made by international bank transfer only, to the bank account details printed on our proforma invoice. We do not accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or any other method. All bank charges, including intermediary bank fees, are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment is considered received only when the full amount has cleared into our account.

Reservation and Cancellation

A vehicle is reserved only after the deposit stated on the proforma invoice has been received and confirmed. If the buyer cancels the purchase after the deposit has been paid, the deposit may be non-refundable to cover auction fees, handling costs, and any other expenses already incurred on the buyer's behalf. The extent of any refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Transfer of Ownership

Legal ownership of the vehicle passes to the buyer only after full payment — including any balance outstanding after the deposit — has been received and confirmed by G.M. Motor. Until full payment is received, the vehicle remains the property of G.M. Motor.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and estimated arrival dates provided by G.M. Motor are estimates only and are dependent on the schedules of third-party shipping lines. G.M. Motor is not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, port congestion, weather, customs inspections, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Import Duties and Local Compliance

The buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, port charges, customs clearance fees, and local vehicle registration costs in the destination country. G.M. Motor will provide the necessary export documentation but accepts no responsibility for the buyer's compliance with local import regulations.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
